Customer stories Anna Redgrave

How Anna Redgrave grew Beehyve Health from a solo counselling practice into a multidisciplinary clinic, without outgrowing her software.

Anna Redgrave has been with Carepatron almost since the beginning. She founded [Beehyve Health](https://www.beehyve.health/) as a solo counsellor in New Zealand and grew it into a multidisciplinary practice: coaching, counselling, and a GP clinic, run by a team of around forty. As Beehyve grew, its software had to keep up. Scheduling, client notes, contact forms, and reporting now sit in one system.

Meet Anna Redgrave.

Anna Redgrave is the founder and co-director of Beehyve Health, a New Zealand practice offering specialist support for adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences, available anywhere in the country. “Working together so you can thrive” is the line the practice leads with. She came to the work through her own life. Today Beehyve supports adults the way she once needed support. Beehyve started as a coaching and counselling business and has grown into a multidisciplinary one, with a GP clinic that handles ADHD and autism assessments and medication titration.

Choosing a platform built to scale.

When Anna went looking for something to build on, she was deliberate about it. Her brother, who had spent years in data roles in finance, analysed a range of platforms with one question in mind: which one could scale, and which could support Beehyve if they ever took the practice overseas. Carepatron was the one they chose. #### “I really liked that it was a New Zealand business, and that I could talk to Jamie. Jamie and I sort of started side by side, so I can still reach out to him and say ‘help.’” Anna started small, back when Carepatron was small too, and the two grew up alongside each other.

Bringing the whole client journey into one place.

Piece by piece, Beehyve’s whole client journey came together in Carepatron: scheduling, client notes, a contact form built into the site, and the GP clinic’s work alongside the rest. For Anna, the reason all of this matters comes back to the client. Beehyve’s whole model is meeting people where they are, and that starts the moment someone lands on the website. The rest of the team took to it too: “The GPs who come in and use it have loved it.”

A relationship that keeps Beehyve moving.

Anna keeps a running list of requests, gives feedback often and directly, and is the first to say she’s occasionally had to walk one back. The closeness runs both ways. #### “Your business is insanely integral to our business and how our business works. And if your business doesn’t work well, our business doesn’t work well. We haven’t had any downtime, we haven’t had any security issues. It keeps performing, so we’re getting out of it what we really need.” And Beehyve isn’t done growing. Anna is looking at workplace services, and eventually at taking the practice beyond New Zealand, which was part of the plan from the day she chose Carepatron. #### “Carepatron was the company that we chose, for scalability and the services we hoped to grow into. We are potentially looking at taking it overseas, which is one of the reasons we picked Carepatron.”
